• The website frontend is hosted on Vercel infrastructure.
• The database is hosted on Hetzner servers located in Germany (EU).
• The CMS used is Payload CMS with a PostgreSQL database.
• Database access is secured behind Cloudflare Zero Trust.
• All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS and protected by modern security headers.

No customer data is intentionally stored outside the European Union.

We work with the following data processors:

• Vercel – website hosting
• Hetzner – database hosting (Germany)
• Cloudflare – secure database access
• Google – reCAPTCHA v3 and Google Analytics
• Microsoft (Microsoft 365 / Outlook) – email processing

8. Google reCAPTCHA

All forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. This service may collect hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and send it to Google for security purposes. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

9. Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) only after consent via our cookie banner with Google Consent Mode v2 enabled.

• Uprounded as technical processor
• Individuals contacted through the form (when applicable)
